Venue: IVORY BLACKS, GLASGOW
This was a weird one. First post-Covid gig,and we were still operating under some restrictions. Audiences had to be seated, drinks were table service only. Volume was restricted, because apparently viruses like loud noises. Seeing a band like OHHMS under those circumstances was very odd indeed, but it was still good to be back.
Restrictions were fully lifted very soon after this.
Line-up:
OHHMS: Progressive doom, with psych/stoner overtones, from Kent.
BOSPHORUS: Local sludgy post-metal trio,very popular.And rightly so.
SLOTH METROPOLIS: Eccentric sloth-obsessed proggy art-rockers, featuring swirly capes and papier-mache masks.
